Jen Winnick
Pilates/COTA
My mission is to create a supportive environment where clients can strengthen their bodies, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.
Jen offers a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall fitness using her two decades of experience as a Pilates instructor and Occupational Therapist Assistant.
In 2016 she began teaching private Pilates in a physical therapy clinic. After years of witnessing the positive results Pilates has for patients with physical injuries and pathologies, she decided to open Bridge Pilates of Wayne in 2024 as a way to bring her unique approach to fitness to more people in her community.
